Hi and welcome to my daily blog.

Today is the first day I am publishing and this space will be updated every day. What this blog will contain is a daily diary of my SOBER life and what I am doing or plan to do each day. I know that this is a little self-centered but i think it will be fun.

First a few facts about me.
1) I have been clean & sober since June 17 1994. I have just celebrated my twelth anniversary.
2) I Live in Westhampton NY (during the summer) and in New York City during the fall & winter months.
3) I work at both places for 2 different florist's. (more about that later.

OK here we Go............

Started today as I do each day with a period of quite meditation and a reading from AA daily literature. Then off to work at Flowers by Rori in Quogue NY. Nothing exciting there today, A few deliveries to private houses and delivered some arrangements for a funeral service. Right now I am typing this blog and later today I am having dinner with some fellow co-workers at a local seafood restaurant. Later (if time permits) i will catch a meeting.
See you all tomorow when it will be another day in the life of a sober frog. (more about the FROG thing later)
