Yesterday I promised the full FROG story so here it is:

Some years ago I went a meeting on the beach, here on Long Island NY. The featured speaker that day was an Englishman
who, like my self, had lived in the USA for many years.

His name is Mickey B from Los Angeles CA. his "schtick" is that he uses achronyms to help get the message across.
Not only is he very funny but deadly serious about his recovery.
An example of one of his achronyms is SOBER - Stay Off Booze - Enjoy Recovery. Cute huh?
After the meeting which started @ 6am, not a time I am usually up and about, a group went to the diner (surprise!) for breakfast.
In conversation I found that Mickey had grown up not far from where I lived in London & that due to our ages we had been at the
same Rock 'n Roll events/Concerts in the late 60's.

Not to be outdone by his vast arsenal of acronyms I came up with FROG - Fully Reliant On God.
It just seemed to fit - so now my license plate is RTFROG the RT standing for my initials, my website is www.rtfrog.com,
my e-mail; is rtfrog@yahoo.com + I have a tattoo of a frog on my left arm - so there is no way that I can forget FROG.
Guess what - I sometimes do & that's when I take my will back and I get into trouble.....
