Today is a New Day

I have not been on my blog for almost 2 years now - and today decided to start again.....

I have recently started on my book again, have finished first 2 chapters - title of which is today's quote. The writing process takes time and the research is exhausting. I have to research the events which surrounded my own life. Thank G-d for Wikipedia!!

Today helping a friend with her charity golf outing event for HUGS tomorrow then off to the city for an appointment with my PCP. I maybe staying later in NYC to go to the Oxford grp meeting I don't know...

Later this week when I have more time to devote to this blog I may include extracts from the book, the story behind "soberfrog" (nothing to do with my nationality and other stuff of interest - let me know what you want to hear about & I will include that for you all.
